Author Guidelines
Manuscript Preparation and Guidelines
Authors who will submit manuscripts to the editor of JARSIC: Journal of Analysis Research, Statistics and Computation should follow these instructions below:
- Manuscript should be written in Indonesia or in English, and should be submitted online via journal website. Online submission will be charged at no cost. Author must login in order to make submission.
- Manuscripts are original articles (never published elsewhere) which sourced from the results of studies or research.
- Manuscripts are written in Indonesian.
- Manuscript should contain an abstract in Indonesian and English (bilingual).
- Manuscript are written with keywords in English and Indonesian.
- Manuscript should be submitted along with author’s profiles, such as: full name, affiliation, and corresponding electronic mail address (e-mail).
- Author (s) must submit two separated files ; full manucript containing name(s) of authors and affiliations and a blind manuscript ( without name(s) of authors and affiliations).
- Submitted manuscripts will be selected by Editorial Board. If necessary, the manuscript will be edited in consultation with the authors.
Format and Systematics
- The manuscript is written in Indonesian with a proper and correct language structure.
The systematics of journal writing includes an introduction consisting of background, problem identification, stylized facts and relevant data, methodology, results and discussions, conclusions and policy recommendations, and a bibliography.
- Manuscripts are sent to the journal editor in softcopy (MS.Word), with the format as follows.

- A4 paper size (21 cm X 21.7 cm) with page margins: 3.5 cm left, 2.5 cm top, right 2.5 cm, bottom 3 cm.
- The script must be at least 12 pages and a maximum of 35 pages (including attachments).
- The writing of the manuscript is arranged with 1.5 spaced, one column format, except abstract is arranged in 1.15 spaced and the bibliography is arranged in single spaced.
- Title of the manuscript and the title of the discussion written in all capital letters and bold (bold), while writing subtitles is written in capital letters on the first letter of each word, except for conjunctions (and, in, or, with,
as well as, about, which, with, against, so, because, hence), prepositions (at, to, from, on, to, in, by, until, for, for the sake of), and bold (bold).
The manuscript is written with the following systematic writing :
- TITLE (Times New Roman 14, bold). The title should be specific, clear, concise, informative, describe the substance or content of the writing, with a maximum of 16 words.
Placement of titles begins with the title in Indonesian first, followed by with the title in English. All title words in Indonesian are written in capital letters and bold (bold), and the title in English written with italics (italics). - Author's Name (Times New Roman 10). Authors must use their real names (not
pseudonym) and does not include a bachelor's degree. First author as
correspondence and must be marked with an asterisk (*). If there is more than one author, you must separated by a comma (,). - Author Affiliation (Times New Roman 9), Affiliation is the address of the agency/institution where the author works/study. This affiliation is closely related to competence, responsibility,
responsibility, and juridical consequences carried out by the author's home institution. - Correspondence. Correspondence contains the first author's e-mail address.
- ABSTRACT (Times New Roman 11, bold type) with 1.15 spaced. Contents of
Abstract use Times New Roman 10, 1.15 spced. The placement of abstract is arranged with Indonesian Language first, then followed by an English abstract. Abstract contains the background of the problem, the purpose of the study/study, research methods, conclusions and policy recommendations. Abstract written in the form of one paragraph, without references (reference), without abbreviations / acronyms, and without footnotes. Abstract written not in
mathematical forms, questions, and conjectures. Abstract is not a
the result of duplication of sentences in the text. The abstract is written in a maximum of 250 words. - Keywords (Times New Roman 9), the minimum number of keywords is 3 words keys and a maximum of 5 keywords.
- INTRODUCTION ( Times New Roman 12, bold print). The introductory content is written in font Times New Roman 11 spaced 1.5. The content in the introduction consists of background, motivation, identification and formulation of problems in a study. The author also includes valid references and supporting sources related to the studies discussed. The objectives in the study are described in the form of paragraphs in a sequential and systematic manner.
- THEORETICAL REVIEW ( Times New Roman 12, bold). The contents of the theoretical review are written with the font Times New Roman 11, 1.5 spaced. The content of the theoretical review covers philosophical issues studied, Grand Theoretical, study of previous theories, Hypothesis development based on the relationship between variables (if any), conceptual framework, paradigm research, Hypothesis statement (if any).
- METHODOLOGY ( Times New Roman 12, bold print). The content of the method is written in Times . font
New Roman 11 spaced 1.5. The methodology includes research design, population, sample, data collection techniques, types of data sources, data quality testing techniques and modeling, to data analysis techniques. Symbols and equations must be written using Microsoft Equations. - RESULTS AND DISCUSSION ( Times New Roman 12, bold). Contents of results and discussion written in Times New Roman 11 with 1.5 spacing. Results are not raw data, but data that has been processed/analyzed by a predetermined method. Discussion is a comparison of the results obtained with existing concepts/theories in the literature review. The contents of the results and discussion include statements, tables, figures, diagrams, graphs, sketches, and so on.
- POLICY CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS (Times New Roman 11, bold). Contents
The conclusion is written in Times New Roman 11 with 1.5 spaced. The conclusion are obtained after arranging results and disucssions using certain methods of analysis. Describe in the form of a coherent and systematic paragraph.
Policy recommendations should be based on the results and conclusions that have been made. - REFERENCES ( Times New Roman 12, bold print). The contents of the bibliography are written with
Times New Roman 11, single spaced. Bibliography is a source of reference/reference which is used as material for script writing. Writing and compiling lists libraries can use Mendeley applications, Refworks, Zotero, etc.
